Processing Time

All items from Mucker Prints are made to order.

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1 week or less.
Processing time includes production, quality checks, and secure packaging.

During periods of high demand, processing times may vary slightly, but we always aim to ship orders as quickly as possible.

Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier’s schedule.

Estimated delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on location.

Please note:

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed

  • Delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control may occur

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order size and weight

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected shipping method

We do not mark up shipping fees.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Mucker Prints is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses

  • Packages returned due to address errors

If an order is returned to us, reshipping costs may apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed or marked as delivered but cannot be located:

  • Please contact the shipping carrier first using the tracking number

  • If additional assistance is needed, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help

Mucker Prints is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
